Prior to 2016, Alabama, Alaska, Florida and Georgia enacted Article V resolutions.
The first state in 2016 to pass the COS was Tennessee. Subsequently Indiana, Oklahoma, and Louisiana (late May) also passed COS.
COS was introduced in a total of 33 state legislatures in 2016, including South Carolina (where it was blocked). [1]
As of September 2016, a total of 18 State Houses and 11 State Senates have passed COS.
