New Mexico HJR10 is an Article V Convention (A5C) rescission bill, introduced on 1/20, which rescinds all previous Article V Convention Applications from New Mexico. In 1976 NM passed a BBA

NM HJR10 was introduced by NM Rep. Brian Egolf (D), and it passed a House committee 7-6 on a party split.

The NM House is 54% Democrats and its Senate is 62% Dem.

The BBA claims to be only 6 states away from its goal of 34 applications, which is 2/3rds of the Nation.
