COS lobbyists

With secret funding, the Convention of States has lobbyists in many states, including South Dakota, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

The new 501(c)(4) arm of the Convention of States project is "Convention of States Action," which was newly formed in 2015 perhaps to make it more difficult to follow the money among numerous entities.
